Sept 25: Revised date for World Veg Volunteer Party & Orientation

An open letter from Dixie Mahy, SFVS President:

 

I apologize for setting the WORLD VEG FESTIVAL Volunteer Orientation Meeting on

Friday, September 18th. It was not intentional; it was an oversight on my part

getting it set up in a hurry. My calendar had Rosh Hashanah on Saturday and, in

my haste, I didn't think it through that it started on Friday.

 

Luckily, I was able to reschedule the Volunteer Orientation Meeting for the

following Friday, cutting it close to the FESTIVAL time which is the following

week with little wiggle room for last minute details but I think we can all pull

together to make it work.

 

Here is the new time:

WORLD VEG Volunteer Party & Orientation

Friday, September 25, 2009 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

IOA, 3600 Geary Boulevard (between Palm & Arguello Streets), San Francisco

Assignments, orientation, free food, and fun.
