Hot off the press, our vegan chef, Patricia, has emailed this menu for tonight's

(7/05) dinner at the Red Victorian:

 

Free raffle prize w/dinner ticket: premium organic watermelon

 

Gluten free dinner featuring:

 

Tomato basil raw cracker/Pine nut raw cracker/Sesame baked rice cracker

 

Served with a homemade vegan cheeze spread

 

Butter lettuce salad

 

Topping choice includes: fresh tomato/marinated artichokes/olives/pecans/dried

cherries

 

Summer Polenta Pie:

 

4 layers of polenta with seasonal vegetable ragout

Spinach Pesto with baby potatoes

 

Layered casserole of pesto & sliced potato

 

Watermelon with blueberries
