The evening's festivities include:

chefs, and local organizations working on food justice issues in our community.

~~~Film Screening: Preview excerpts from the documentary Food Stamped about the

challenges of living nutritiously on a food stamp budget.

~~~Lively Panel Discussion: Explore the path of food justice from seed to spirit

with Jewish activists. Moderated by Adam Berman, founder of the Adamah

Fellowship at Isabella Freedman. Panelists include food advocate attorney Zelig

Golden (Center for Food Safety), organic farmer Emily Freed (Jacobs Farm),

community organizer Willow Rosenthal (City Slicker Farms), and raw-food chef

Chaya Rivka Diehl (Living Vision).

justice to our food system.
