Sorry, what posted a little earlier was premature. This just now came from the

chef for the menu tonight, 6 pm. Aug. 19, at the Red Vic, 1655 Haigt St. in San

Francisco:

 

vegan artisan dinner featuring:

 

Spring mix & butter lettuce salad

 

Salad topping selections: Mediterranean olives, marinated artichokes, walnuts,

pecans, dried cherries, black soy beans

 

Raw pesto pine-nut crackers and sesame tarragon crackers with savory chick pea

dip

 

Moroccan quinoa with pan roasted baby crookneck, pattypan, and zucchini

 

Cheezy vegetable samosa bake featuring Amy's Indian samosa wraps

 

Fruit salad medley of pineapple, Valencia orange, apple, plum and blueberry

 

Beverages: carrot juice, green goodness (Bollthouse Farms), and Fiji water
