Our accomplished natural foods chef, Patricia Allen Koot, N.E., has provided us

with the menu for this week's dinner at the Red Victorian:

 

1. Crunchy raw veggie salad w/fennel dressing

 

2. Topping choices: walnuts, dried cherries, red onion, garden cucumber,

kalamata olives, kidney beans, marinated mushrooms & peppers

 

3. Tabouli

 

4. Garlic hummus

 

5. Sun-dried tomato hummus

 

6. Raw tomato-basil sea crackers and crispy gluten-free crackers

 

7. Green Beans, greek-style

 

8. Youvarlakia

 

9. Melitanosalata

 

10. Skorthalia

 

11. Millet & quinoa pilaf

 

12. Chik & lemon kebob

 

13. Herbed savory shish kebob

 

14. Seasonal fruit salad

 

15. Fresh Naked juice, kombucha, fiji water

 

All this for only $10.00 minimum donation--and its all you can eat! Patricia

has developed a reputation for designing and presenting the tastiest vegan

dishes around. Come celebrate with her! This Wed. evening, Sept. 16 at 6 p.m.
