This week, our accomplished vegan chef, Patricia Allen Koot, will be solicting

your input. What would YOU like to see served for dinner? Favorite dishes,

menu ideas, all will be discussed. Come and bring your wish list! The time is

6 p.m. Wed. Sept. 23. Location is the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San

Francisco.

 

First, Enjoy a FABULOUS vegan dinner, no dairy or eggs, cooked without oil or

added sugar, nutritionally balanced and nutrient dense, artfully prepared by

Patricia Allen Koot, N.E., certified nutrition educator. Patricia has developed

a reputation for presenting the tastiest vegan dishes around.

 

After the dinner, stay for a double feature. First, menu brainstorming.

Patricia will open the floor and invite requests for favorite dishes and menus,

and planning ideas for the rest of the year. Don't miss out on this opportunity

to put in your bid for your faves!

 

Then, enjoy a LIVELY discussion including Philip Tryon, author of the

groundbreaking book, 'Beyond Male Think,' as well as Dawn Bellisle and other

participants TBA.
