New location of Cha-Ya Vegan Japanese Restaurant

Got this email that Cha-Ya has acquired a new location:New Cha-Ya (Vegan Japanese Cuisine) at 9th Ave (at Judah) in San Francisco!Is this the same place that was vacated by Cafe Gratitude ?JC

Cha-ya is on the same block of 9th Avenue (between Judah and Irving) as the former Cafe Gratitude, but Cha-ya is close to Judah and the now-closed Cafe Gratitude was nearer to Irving. It is the same neck of the woods, but not the same building.
