Guest guest
Greetings friends! Since yesterday, when I emailed the schedule of presentations for the weekly gourmet vegan dinners at the Red Victorian through January, a confirmation has been received, thus added, as well as several corrections needed. Following is the revised schedule. Remember that the dinner is at 6 p.m. each Wednesday, and the location is the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San Francisco. Each dinner is nutrient dense and nutritionally balanced, tastefully prepared by Patricia Allen Koot, N.E., certified nutrition educator, and is organic, totally vegan, made without dairy or eggs, cooked without oil and with no added sugar. The best part? It is ALL YOU CAN EAT! After dinner each week stay for these outstanding presentations. Minimum donation of $10.00 covers the dinner and the presentation. This is the best deal in the Bay Area for an all you can eat vegan dinner, PLUS the presentation! RSVP to: 707-774-1904 or email to: info.
