RaYs (Raw food and Yoga support circle) potluck

 

On : Sunday, October 18th, Breathing 3.00pm to 5:30pm and Potluck 6:00 to 8.30pm,

Part I - Rebirthing Breathwork Circle

 

3:00pm-5:30pm ( downstairs at Yoga Hall)

 

in this circle

- we will do some inner clearing practice and sharing and

-one hour of rebirthing breathwork practice

 

Fee: $20 for breathing circle.

 

Pre-registration is required to join the Breathing circle (If you are interested, Please register ASAP seat is limited, only for 7 people)

Part II, Raw Vegan Potluck:

 

6:00pm-8:300pm ( upstairs in kitchen)

Fees: $2, whether you bring food or not, $10, if you do not bring food,includes $2 fees $5, if you are joining breathwork, include $2 fees. If you are bringing food please bring organic raw vegan food for 10-15 people.No RSVP is required, for the potluck, just show up
