Update on Ayurvedic Diet, Wed. Oct. 28 at 6 p.m.

We have additional information on the ayurveda presentation this Wed. evening,

Oct. 28 at the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San Francisco. The presenter,

Greg Lee and his wife, Antonia, will be sharing about the following topics:

 

" Ayurveda: food as medicine

Topics will include ayurvedic food groups and food as medicine, botanical herbs

in ayurveda and the six tastes describing ayurveda and their characteristics.

We will talk a little about the three dosha body mind spirit types and some

about digestion connected with toxicity and detoxification. "

 

The ayurveda presentation follows dinner at 6 p.m. This week's menu for the

vegan dinner wll be ayurvedic. Come enjoy a superb all you can eat vegan dinner
