Hi.

You'll "NEVER" believe this: HEALTH & CARDIAC problems are REVERSIBLE via a plant-based diet! Furthermore, a FOX affiliate station broadcast this! (...actually, it's on different major network stations & times all around the U.S.) You can watch the video clips with the links below [but you might have to cut & paste].

In late Sept., the Dr Oz show featured a cowboy they called nearly-terminal. Dr Oz asked him to try a 28-day vegan detox regimen: http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/cowboy-goes-vegan [The original premise was to show results within 28 days, and then reintroduce VERY MODEST amounts of animal protein after vital stats improved.]

Tonight's (11/6) show brought Rocco back, healthier and strongly on the road to even better health, and touting him as an example that can inspire millions to emulate: http://doctoroz.com/videos/rocco-returns

And, the website posts this challenge: http://www.doctoroz.com/challenge/go-vegan

If you’re a meat and potatoes kinda person who also has problems with portion sizes, than chances are you’re getting more fat and protein in your diet than your body needs. Take this 28-day challenge to go Vegan and do something that’s good for your cholesterol level, your overall health – and the environment (since you’ll be creating less animal waste!)
