Can anyone temporarily put up a Golden Retriever?

A friend of mine needs some help. Her daughter recently became homeless, and she

needs to find a temporary home for the dog, a golden retriever ('Shadow'). I

think the dog is 9 years old. If anyone is able to look after Shadow for a few

weeks, that would be so good. My friend will pay for the dog food and any

medical care Shadow might need. It is a temporary thing which might last 3-4

months, but the important thing is immediacy. If you can only take the dog for a

few days, it will buy her time to find a more appropriate place. My friend's

home owner association forbids a guest dog to stay for more than 3 days. Please

help!
