Enjoy hearing a world-class celebrity this Wednesday evening. John Davis, of the International Vegetarian Union, will speak at the Red Victorian,

1665 Haight St., this Wednesday evening following dinner at 6 pm. Mr. Davis has

been a presenter around the world, from Italy to China to the very first

vegetarian congresses in Africa, which he helped get started. He was a pioneer

of vegetarianism on the internet from the first days of the world wide web in

1994. Mr. Davis brings a wealth of experience and global perspectives on

vegetarianism to his presentation.

But first, enjoy a world-class vegan dinner at 6 pm. The dinner, expertly

hand-crafted by Patricia Allen Koot, NE, certified Nutrition Educator, is made

without eggs, dairy or honey, and is cooked without oil or added sugars.

This week's dinner will feature THREE different types of vegan lasagna!

Lemon-artichoke-olive lasagna, gluten-free, spinach and mushroom lasagna and

traditional bolognese. ALL of them will feature artisan hand-crafted vegan

cheeze. In addition to these gourmet main dishes, a full-course dinner is

served. Best of all, it is " all you can eat! "

All this--the gourmet vegan dinner and the world-class presentation--is yours

for a minimum donation of only Ten Dollars. This is an incredible deal. RSVP

is important, as the chef needs to know how many people to plan for--AND, space

is limited! Don't miss this exceptional opportunity. Call 707-774-1904 or

email to: info.
