Over 75% of the produce are locally grown. The only

organic item they have is tofu. During the winter, farmers do not need to

use pesticide on your produce….cause there’s no bugs during the

winter.. (mostly no)

Fresh Choice is featuring “hearth healthy” foods

this month…

I asked/begged the corporate office to make a mostly VEGAN

foods month at their restaurant….i didn’t get it, but this is

pretty close to it!!

I hope they will stock more vegan (hearth healthy) items in

the menu.

Even though it’s labeled as lactose free and cholesterol

free

it. The manager showed me the ingredients list. She took the

packaged powered and showed it to me. Yes, it even has artificial

coloring , yuck.

I bumped into a lot of veggie friends lately and they like

my veggie posts. I encourage everyone to contribute to the community by

sharing info with others… or donate some time to improve our community

and help continue to make it GROW bigger and BETTER.

If we are good examples, maybe the weirdo veggie folks will

change a bit for the better
