Hello fellow animal lovers,

 

Below is a link to information on a petition to create a national registry of animal abusers. It will only take a few minutes (I have done this and it's easy and quick) to personalize the form letter (or send it as is), sign it and automatically send the letter to your local congresspeople . I strongly encourage you to do this and then forward this to everyone you know. We need this registry to help protect animals in California, and we are very hopeful that, with pressure from everyone who cares about animals, this will become a law, thanks to ALDF and Sen. Dean Flores -- and us!!

Dean Flores in introducing a bill that would create a registry of animal abusers, much like the Megan's Law registry.This will hopefully stop some of the animal abuse we have become so accustomed to.
