I'm thrilled that so many of you are celebrating the Year of the Tiger

with SFVS over a splendid, vegan Chinese New Year banquet at Enjoy Vegetarian Restaurant on Sat. at 5pm. I wanted to let you know that Chinatown will be festive, crowded and noisy on this day, as the Chinese New Year Parade starts at the foot of Market St. at 5:30pm and ends at 8:00pm practically in front of the restaurant. You can also come to Chinatown earlier. There is a Community Street Fair on Sat. from 10 to 4:30pm. Here are the streets it's on:Grant Avenue from California to Broadway
