This Wednesday evening, March 3 at 6 pm, at the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St.,

San Francisco, enjoy a presentation about a critically important nutritional

subject. The topic is Food, Mood and Neurotransmitters, a review of important

nutritional research done by Dr. Richard Wurtman of MIT. the nutrients in foods

are precursors to neurotransmitters, and depending on the amount of precursors

present in the food you eat, more or less of a specific neurotransmitter is

produced. Find out which foods and nutrients affect key neurotransmitters!

To begin the evening, savor a fabulous, gourmet vegan all-you-can-eat dinner.

The dinner, handcrafted by Patricia Allen Koot, N.E., is prepared with no eggs,

dairy or honey, and without oil or added sugars. Patricia has developed some

truly extraordinary recipes, which have received wide recognition and have been

published. The Wednesday night Red Vic dinners have become a regular feature of

vegan living in San Francisco. They provide opportunities for pleasant

socializing, great food and stimulating presentations.

All this, the dinner and the presentation, is available for a Ten Dollar minimum

donation. This is an incredible deal for an all you can eat dinner and lecture.

Don't miss this one! RSVP to: 707-774-1904 (phone is back in operation!) or

email to: info.
