practical tips, in a small group you will receive a full session of

Rebirthing Breathwork. After breathwork session Rob

Stuart will lead you through 30 minutes of shamanic Journey to create

more Awakening and access to the place you can safely go. Rob is a certified shamanic meditation coach.
