Guest guest
Please join LGBT Compassion, Army of Compassion and other animal advocates for a peaceful demonstration against animal cruelty on Sunday, March 21 from 9:00 – appx. 11:00 a.m. near the NE corner (near the water fountain and the big poultry trucks) of the Heart of the City Farmers Market in San Francisco on Market St. between Hyde and 7th St. next to the Civic Center BART. Brochures and signs will be provided. A sample of the brochure is available online here www.LGBTcompassion.org/livemarkets/brochure-web.pdf. More information, including a legal analysis, photos and videos are available at www.LGBTcompassion.org/livemarkets. Our protest last Sunday was a huge success - the vendors and customers were much more supportive than we expected, we handed out a lot of brochures in both languages, and the market manager is now taking us seriously. We did that with only 4 volunteers, but we really hope to have even more volunteers in the future, to make our campaign even more effective and put an end to this cruelty soon - so please consider helping! Please RSVP to me if you can. Thanks, Andrew
