Kristin Doyle, RN, Certified Nutritional Consultant, Certified Natural Chef and

owner of 'Therapeutic Chef,' will present an extraordinary and incredibly

informative seminar entitled, 'Food As Medicine,' this Wed. evening, April 14 at

6 pm, at the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San Francisco.

 

Ms. Doyle will talk about the medicinal power of whole plant foods and how they

can help us prevent cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Her very professional

presentation will include practical how-to tips on some of her favorite Super

Foods and how you can easily start using these foods in your diet.

 

 

Then there will be time for a Q & A, and the book signing. I will bring books

for people to purchase. Cost is $20. SFVS members will receive a 10% discount

on the book.

Kristin Doyle is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Nutritional Consultant, and a

Certified Natural Chef. She is owner of " Therapeutic Chef, " a nutritional chef

service where she helps people develop improve their health through nutritional

counseling, macrobiotic cooking lessons, and personal chef and catering service.

Kristin also works as a nutritionist for the Wellness Department at UCSF. She

is author of a new cookbook " Therapeutic Chef: Recipes to prevent cancer, heart
