Here is what she has so far, more to come: A special springtime gluten and soy free lasagna featuring leeks, broccoli and carrots with a walnut cheese Traditional Bolognese lasagna with savory flavors for heartier appetites Surprise lasagna Antipasti featuring grilled fennel, eggplant and asparagus Crunchy cabbage salad Fruitbasket dessert, featuring blueberries, strawberries and other seasonal fruits Everything is vegan, organic and prepared without eggs, dairy or honey and without oil or added sugars. Come enjoy this vegan lasagna extraganza at the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., San Francisco. After the dinner, enjoy an outstanding presentation by accomplished vegan chef, nutritional consultant and author of " The Therapeutic Chef " Ms. Doyle will have a book-signing after her presentation. It all happens this evening, April 14 at 6 pm. Ten dollar minimum donation covers the all you can eat dinner and the presentation.
