April 20 & 21: PCRM Call-in for Healthy School Meals Act

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) is having a Call-in day

to Congress on Wednesday April 21st to ask for their support of the Healthy

School Meals Act, H.R. 4870. They will have a conference call kickoff the night

before at 6pm and 9pm ET (5 pm and 8 pm CT). This is to get veg options into the

schools and is very important, we need your help! Especially California

residents!

On April 21, please join us for School Lunch Lobbyist Call-In Day and ask your

Member of Congress to support H.R. 4870, the Healthy School Meals Act of 2010,

which makes it easier for schools to offer healthful plant-based options and

gives them an incentive to do so. Anyone can be a citizen lobbyist!
