I cannot recommend their products highly enough.

They were at the Concord Farmer’s Market for awhile, but alas

the tofu eaters here are not huge in numbers (or something).

That said, I was spending about $20 every week at their booth

while they were here. Now I get their products at El Cerrito Natural Grocery,

as well as Whole Foods in Oakland, Walnut Creek, Berkeley.

They are also at the Jack London Square Farmer’s Market in

Oakland. The selection of their stuff at the farmers markets is much more

complete than at the grocery stores.

They have great tofu noodles, a great chocolate mousse, just

good, clean high quality products overall, and a great selection. It would be

nice to see this company thrive. Two thumbs up.

I was at the Farmers Market behind Stonestown

yesterday (Sunday) and

stumbled upon Tofu Yu, a vegan and organic soy beanery. I sampled a

couple of yummy items and bought the Spicy Coconut Tofu ($3). It was

strips of baked tofu generously smothered in a spicy albeit luscious

coconut-curry sauce. They also had a tea-ifused/smoked baked tofy that

I'll try next time. Enjoy! Peace, Dan
