Guest guest
Here is the latest from our much appreciated vegan chef, Patricia, for the Cinco de Mayo fiesta this Wed. May 5 (cinco de Mayo) at 6 pm at the Red Victorian, 1665 Haight St., SF. This is not the complete menu, but highlights: cassava chips guacamole and assorted toppings & peppers crunchy aztec salad pacaya garlic fava beans marinated asparagus spears blue corn tamale pie blue and yellow corn chips green pigeon peas/red beans/ brown rice nacho cheeze sauce (yes veg - means no dairy nor egg) yumminess! fresh watermelon hibiscus tea, pineapple-coconut juice, water This fiesta banquet is all you can eat, chef's orders no leftovers to take back. Enjoy 'mountains' of guacamole AND avocados! After the banquet, stay for a power-packed presentation by Josephine Bellaccomo entitled, 'Move Your Message,' part three. Learn techniques from a professional about how to bring attention and results for the cause you love, from decision makers in Washington to the local city council. All this, the fiesta banquet AND the presentation, for a minimum ten dollar donation. The chef volunteers her time, and Josephine is volunteering her time. This is an INCREDIBLE value. Don't miss it, this Wednesday at 6 pm. RSVP to 707-774-1904 or email to: info. David Koot
