Margaret -----Forwarded Message----- Randy Turner Mar 6, 2007 10:24 AM The horses won in the Fifth Circuit Yesterday the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals denied Beltex's petition for rehearing en banc. As always, Ann Diamond in the Tarrant County District Attorney's office did an outstanding job fighting the petition for rehearing. Beltex's last hope now is to petition the U.S. Supreme Court, which only considers fewer than one percent of the cases that are appealed to it. Randy Randall E.
