A response letter I received from him on March 13th states, "You will be pleased to know that after studying this issue, I have decided to oppose this legislation."

I didn't find anything on his website http://www.house.state.tx.us/members/dist63/parker.htm that indicated whether or not he's ever voted on this, but at least it's a more positive and direct response than I've gotten from other politicians.
