Also, in effort to maintain the strength of this board, please direct responses such as, "thanks for the info!" or "great post!" to the poster directly, via personal email, as opposed to responding to the entire group. This will keep the board open for posts that move discussion forward, or add substantial insight. This will keep our email accounts at a manageable level as well. We want everyone to feel supported, and kudos are encouraged, but please continue back-and-forth posts of this nature off of the board. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we learn and grow together. Also, for those who wish to receive a consolidated version of our daily posts, simply select "Daily Digest", and you will receive all the VNOD emails sent in the course of one day in a single email digest. This is easy to do.
