March of Dimes (MOD) Educational Demonstration and Leafleting

Purpose: Educate the community on the scientific invalidity of medical testing

on animals. Using animals in research has not produced one cure or treatment

for humans, yet the MOD dedicates a considerable portion of its donated moneys

to funding cruel and pointless animal research. While we support MOD's

mission, the purpose of our demonstration is to urge MOD supporters to advocate

for the responsible funding of programs that actually produce value to medicine

and to people.

 

Attend for all or part of the educational demonstration. Major support for this

event is provided by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
