Join Us at the Oak Cliff Earth Day Festival - This Sunday, April 22nd

A major part of VegNod's mission is to create environmental

awareness and responsibility through the promotion of a plant-based

diet. The connection between factory farming and environmental

pollution is undeniable, and we seek to inform the community that

animal agriculture is a great threat to the continuation of life on

our planet and the overall health of Earth, our one and only place

to live.

 

This event is for the whole family (see list of festival highlights

below). So, please come and support this important community event

Oak Cliff Earth Day Festival

Sunday, April 22nd

11am-5pm

Lake Cliff Park

The festival will include:

 

-Environmental, vegetarian and neighborhood beautification groups

-Information on energy conservation, and " green " businesses

-Various music, dance groups, and artwork on display

-Plant sales by local garden clubs

-Face painting and other children's activities
