Here it is: 1 bag frozen (thawed) unsweetened strawberries (or a quart of fresh, stemmed) 1-2 semi-ripe bananas 4 cups unsweetened soymilk 3 scoops soy protein powder Sweetener of your choice if not sweet enough - I use stevia, so it's fat free and sugar free.
