Vegetarian Network of Dallas members and those interested in possibly joining

VegNod or just exploring vegetarianism are invited and welcome.

 

Please bring a vegan dish to share and feel free to invite your friends and

family to join us, also.

 

For those newly vegetarian, vegan means no meat, fish, dairy, eggs, honey, or

processed white sugar. Remember to read the label of any processed food.

Also, please bring a list of your ingredients or your recipe. BYOB.

 

This will be a wonderful way to meet and visit with many like-minded new

friends!

 

Each VegNod member attending gets one free raffle ticket for a gift valued at

more than $15. And, if you bring a non-vegetarian friend, you'll get two

tickets, and your guest will get one.
