Guest guest
I heard part of a NPR radio trailer yesterday advertising a program on zoos to be broadcast today, July 13, at 1 PM CDT and repeated at 8 PM CDT. The trailer included comments on how poorly animals are treated in zoos and how against the animal's nature it is for them to to be so incarcerated. I called KERA 90.1 today for details and the only information their rep could give me was to confirm " Zoo " was due to air today on the Radio Lab program at 1 PM CDT. I could not find it on the NPR/KERA websites. Please listen to the " Zoo " program (you may listen online by going to www.kera.org or www.npr.org). If this is indeed a program that describes how horrible zoos are for animals, please email KERA and NPR and thank them for covering this important animal issue.
