Revised Times-Last Weekend to Demonstrate at Dallas Circus

2007 CIRCUS DEMONSTRATION & EDUCATIONAL LEAFLETING Same Dates, Revised Times What: Vegetarian Network of Dallas and Animal Connection of Texas have teamed to stage a peaceful circus demonstration and educational leafleting. We will hold signs and distribute informational leaflets to circus-goers and passersby. Where: Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, American Airlines Center, 2500 Victory Avenue, Dallas, Texas. We will outside the AAC's North Entrance. Look for us leafleting in the crowd on the North side of the building. FREE PARKING SUGGESTIONS LISTED BELOW. When: Remaining Dates/Times are.... Friday, August 10 6:00 – 7:30 PM Saturday, August 11 10:00 -11:30 AM 6:30 – 7:30

PM Sun, August 12 1:00 - 2:30 PM 5:00 - 6:30 PMWhy: We must educate the public that these enslaved animals are tortured (not trained) into performing, so people will stop buying circus tickets. Speak for the animals, who have no voice and no one else but you to speak for them. Walk With the Elephants: After the last Sunday, August 12th leafleting, we will walk with the elephants from the American Airlines Center to the train. Periods of transport are high

risk times for the animals to be abused. But, the handlers are unlikely to abuse in front of many witnesses. Join the walk and help protect the elephants. FREE PARKING : There is an abundance of free parking on the little side streets around AAC. NO ONE SHOULD PAY TO PARK. Get there 15-20 minutes in advance of our scheduled leafleting and drive the below addresses. Watch for no parking signs.
