If you didn't watch this video, please do. The Asst. Mgr./coordinator of the Animal Care and Control shelter in Manhattan was so affected by actually seeing Maxine (the cow rescued from live market in NYC by Farm Sanctuary), she was holding back tears when she realized that was what she'd been eating and said she and her family would stop eating meat. It was very moving, to me at least. We need to give her kudos, to encourage her and hopefully she'll spread the word to her friends and extended family. Her name is Dienna Capers.
