Thanks to Vegetarian Network of Dallas members Ricky Burke and

Jeanette Prafiska for their gift of wonderful vegan food that we

enjoyed at our booth at Mystics, Mutts and Moonpies on Saturday.

Jeanette of Crosby Catering made two fabulously delicious dips in her

own Crosby kitchen and supplied several unusual kinds of crackers, as

well.

Ricky brought the beverages and many interesting food items, including

his much looked forward to " jerquee " (faux beef jerky) which he got

from Lumen Foods (www.soybean.com (800) 256-2253).

Again, thanks Ricky and Jeanette!

philosophy that we most effectively speak for animals when we are

gracious ladies and gentlemen. Vegetarian Network of Dallas serves

as a role model for the community in all things, but most especially,

in compassion.
