Interesting news story and video... though I highly doubt that, as stated by the reporter, "Only three percent of Americans are considered vegetarian, a number that has held steady for about 15 years." Especially with the increased consumer demand for vegetarian items and increased availability of "faux" meats at stores everywhere! Sorry I can't name the source, but it was on CNN that TEN percent of kids are now veg! And, I read that 1/3 of college students are.
