I just singled out two huge newspapers, but smaller papers publish a much higher proportion of letters they receive, so if your smaller paper carries Bizarro, why not dash off a quick note. happy to help. Always include your full name, address, and daytime phone number when sending a letter to the editor. If your paper doesn't carry Bizarro (astounding New York papers don't, though the sensibility is so New York) you might want to put in a good word for it with the cartoon editor. While it is certainly not an animal rights cartoon, the creator is an animal rights guy, so there are fun animal message cartoons from time to time.
