Help! Need GREAT recipe for school chili cook off!

Hi there!

 

I work as a speech therapist in a local school, and we have a chili cook off planned for December 17th. While my lovely coworkers are very supportive of my veggie lifestyle, I'm actually the only vegetarian on campus. And I would really like to bring an awesomely yummy vegan/vegetarian chili recipe to our cook off!!!!! I think this would be a great opportunity to teach them about great-tasting alternatives to eating meat. My goal is to WIN THE COOK OFF!!!!!!!!!

 

 

I know that some of you recently attended the cook off in Austin. Did you bring back any fantabulous scrumptuous recipes????? If so, would you mind sharing them, or any others you might know of?

 

Any tips or recipes you can give will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
