Speak Up for Animals Killed for Fur FORWARD TO FRIENDS | JOIN THE ACTIVIST NETWORK | DONATE Ask the USDA to Investigate Treatment of Monkeys at

ONPRC New Zealand Bans Live Exports Martha Stewart Renounces Fur Dear Margaret, With holiday shopping, seasonal celebrations, and visiting family members, the winter months can be a busy time for everyone. Animals raised for their fur are confined to tiny, filthy wire cages for their entire lives before they are gassed, strangled, or electrocuted. Take time this winter to help

get your community to see that buying and wearing fur supports animal abuse. The holiday shopping season is the perfect opportunity to spend an hour or two handing out anti-fur leaflets in front of busy stores and shopping centers. If you would like to hand out PETA's "Fashion Forward" leaflets and stickers, just fill out an order form to request an anti-fur leafleting pack. Never let anyone wearing fur pass you by without letting them know (ever so politely, of course!) that their coat caused as many as 40 animals to suffer immensely. Show others that compassionate, stylish alternatives to fur are available everywhere by wearing one of PETA's "faux" or "fake" lapel pins or "No Fur" buttons on your cruelty-free clothes. Convince your friends and family members to abandon their fur-wearing ways by sharing PETA's "Martha Stewart Renounces Fur" video. You can also share this video (and many more) on your MySpace page or Web site. Encourage people to get rid of old and unwanted furs by sending them to PETA as a tax-deductible donation. You can also donate furs to local wildlife rehabilitation centers, which will use them to

comfort orphaned babies. For more information and ideas, please visit FurIsDead.com or contact us at Campaigns. Thanks for taking action for animals!
