An underhanded City Attorney (see # 3 below for contact info) has issued the order for Lucy's execution despite the fact the he knows that an effort is being made to reverse or appeal the decision. He has ordered the Shelter which houses Lucy to end her life. They do not want to see this happen, but will be legally compelled to comply by 7:00 pm west coast time tonight. The mayor is sympathetic, but wont take a stand. The city council is split. The governor's office doesn't want to get involved. The shelter is stuck in the middle. Please help them see the light.
