USDA Closes Plant Using Downer Cows...How many others are still open?

The USDA may have closed this one plant, but we have know for years that downer cows were being used in the food supply. All those other "plants" engaging in this practice are still open. But, it does show that publicity works in our favor. Keep writing polite but clear emails to your elected representatives and to the newspaper LTE. Publicity helps animals.
