URGENT! Vet killing Elk worse than you think. Please call officials!

If you think shocking horses is horrible for a vet to do, how about torturing and dismembering a baby elk calf alive because he was unsuccessful at killing him by shooting and neck breaking? If you can't watch the video (I tried, cannot!) that is what this so called vet has done. Brutally killing a tiny baby at a rodeo also. (Big surprise). These details I got second hadn from someone who saw it; forgive me if they're not perfect but dismembering alive was enough for me. Please, please just take a couple of minutes to call these officials (contacts below) and DEMAND punishment and resignation of the "animal care and use committe" director John Maulsby.
