Guest guest
I received this from a dear friend. Please take her advice and instructions and contact CNN. Thanks. "Not until we extend the circle of compassion to include all living things shall we ourselves know peace" ~Rev Dr. Albert Schweitzer You know...I am just getting sick and tired of all of this. When the Iraqi dog was stoned by soldiers I wrote letter after letter to every contact given to us who were the "persons to contact." All I ever got back was a form letter saying they were looking into it and assured me justice would be done. That was four years ago. NOTHING was ever done. Now...It's the MARINES. I just got word that CNN is covering it. NOW IS OUR CHANCE. Please...everyone write to CNN so they will keep it active! http://edition.cnn.com/2008/US/03/04/puppy.marine/index.html#cnnSTCText Please...after reading their coverage, just go to cnn.com. Then go to Contact us. All you need to do is fill in your name, address and email information. (the same thing we did with Whoopi and the Michael Vick thing.) Something just has GOT to be done. The officials in the Army AND the Marines are doing NOTHING, and writing to our congress and senators is like peeing in the wind. Remember Margaret Mead's quote: "Never doubt that a group of committed people can change the world, it's he only thing that ever has." http://getactive.peta.org/campaign/iraq_dog_abusehttp://www.dumpert.nl/mediabase/43462/9fb16ab3/us_soldaat_gooit_puppy.htm Please crosspost and ask others to write also. This is the LEAST we can do for these voiceless individuals, only of a different species. FASA, Jewell Maida 31 W.
