Guest guest
In November, 2006, the US Government turned its back on our most sacred commitment to equal justice under the law. The Congress of the United States attempted to seriously undermine the US Constitution by passing the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act. As of that moment, Congress elected to disregard the rights accorded to American citizens by the US Constitution in favor of endowing privilege to private organizations whose business was the abuse of animals. Many legal authorities believe that the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act will not stand a legal challenge and would be overturned if it was put to the test in the courts. But, it is the right thing to do to work to overturn this law, as it is a travesty and a serious affront to all that is American. To learn what you can do, go to these webpages.
