On Monday, April 7, PETA Senior Vice President Dan Mathews will be at

Borders in Dallas to discuss and sign copies of his hit book,

Committed: A Rabble-Rouser's Memoir, which chronicles his wild 22

years (so far) on the front lines. From his impoverished childhood

when he rescued alley cats from bullies to his notorious globetrotting

with Pamela Anderson, Dan's amazing book—named People magazine's " Buzz

Book of the Week " —reveals why he dedicates his life to animal rights

and how he manages to have some fun along the way. Writes the
