DFW Pet Net

Greetings! My name is Christina Quintanilla, Community Relations

Coordinator for the SPCA of Texas located in Dallas. We have

been given the opportunity to start up a great program that will

benefit our community and our furry friends. We are getting

ready to launch our new DFW PetNet program which assists people with

lost and found animals.

Our goal is to be able to work with other animal organizations as well

as homeowners associations, etc. to get the word out about a missing

or found pet.

If a person finds or loses a pet, they can contact DFW PetNet and we

will post the pet information online along with a picture. In

addition, we will utilize email to reach out to zip codes where the

pet was last seen or found. We will assist them to ensure they

are doing everything possible to locate the pet or owner.

Providing a helping hand and letting them know that someone cares is

very important to us.

I hope you will partner with us to make this a successful

program. By working together, we can make a difference in the

number of stray animals and euthanizations in many shelters, which

will allow us to help and save many more animals that would otherwise

be left to fend for themselves. This is a global problem and no

one person or group can do it alone.

Regards,
