The case was filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York on 7 February 2008. The Supreme Court is the lowest court level in New York. Allegations are that Harlan was dealing directly with a Chineseprimate supplier named Grand Forest located in Pingman, Qangxi, Chinaand improperly using confidential monkey information, etc. If you would like a copy of the lawsuit which promises to shed interesting light on the monkey trade emanating from China, please contactinfo with the subject "Lawsuit copy."
