Below are pictures of a horse here in Yoakum that is living in an enclosure the size of a dog pen... this is INSIDE the city limits.. yes where I live has no ordinance against livestock in the city limits !

 

This poor horse is way underweight, and dragging a lead rope at all times!!

 

I have tried talking to the people who own the horse, and have went to the police in Yoakum and the animal control officer!! They refuse to do anything.

 

I am asking all of you and everyone you know to please email the city manager at: ccook (at cityofyoakum.org), and demand they do something about this poor horse !!

I am trying to get enough people to email so they will do something!!

 

This horse is so skinny, it is literally bag of bones.

 

Please take 5 minutes.. and email.. PLEASE!!
