Thanks to Holly Elms/Concerned Citizens for Jenny and Friends of Irving Animals member for the below information. The AZA facility in Mexico appears worse each time more information surfaces. AZA's motivation in placing Jenny only within their system may be to maintain their trade monopoly in animals, but Jenny is a sentient being with feelings and needs of her own.
