Guest guest
Circus animals are among the most abused animals on Earth. People who attend the circus do not know that. Many who intended to go to the circus turn around and go home after reading our leaflets, which educate on the number of baby elephants and other animals who are killed, beaten and injured during circus training and performance. PLEASE JOIN US!! We need all who are concerned and wish to bring awareness to stop the suffering of these imprisoned beings!! Signs and educational pamphlets will be provided -- all we need is you! What: Leaflet at the Ringling Bros. Circus When: Thurs August 7, Friday August 8th at 6:00 PM (Shows begin at 7:30pm). Saturday, August 9, 6:15 pm and Sunday, August 10, 5:15 pm (and follow the elephants @ 8:30 or 9:00) Where: American Airlines Center, 2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219 Why: Circus animals are tortured, not trained into performing. Animals do not exist for our amusement!! Please see http://www.circuses.com/ for more information. Vegetarian Network of Dallas and Animal Connection of Texas will both host Sunday leafleting and the protective elephants walk. VEGETARIAN NETWORK OF DALLAS and Animal Connection of Texas have allied to host several educational leafletings and peaceful demonstrations to educate the Dallas public about the abuses and mistreatment of circus animals. Please join us this week or this weekend. Mark you calendars as next week, we will leaflet at Ringlings in Fort Worth. Free Parking: There is plenty of free parking on the little side streets around the AA building. Get there by early to allow yourself enough time to park and walk. Meet at the AA building's North entrance. Watch for us leafleting in the crowd and/or holding signs. Map of the area: http://www.american airlinescenter. com/gfx/MEDIA/ victory_park_ map_1.pdf Thanks very much. Margaret
